Today I don’t have much to say.

The heat wave just won’t fade away.

During the day, the temp was 95.

Without AC I would not survive.

Waited till the evening when it was cool

To go for a walk – but what a fool!

It had only gone down to 91.

So I might as well have walked out in the sun.

We’re supposed to be getting close to Fall,

But the heat isn’t letting up at all.

So I headed out bravely into the steam,

Along the way I left A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
